Certified Resource Therapy Training
Gordon Emmerson's original method for Coaches, counselors & Therapists
You love working with people – or want to better understand yourself and your own reactions and patterns?
What is Resource Therapy?
The simple way to work with parts
Think of Resource Therapy as a high-speed upgrade for parts work. Instead of just talking about a problem, the work happens directly with the part of the personality that needs support. It is a clear, step-by-step method based on the original Gordon Emmerson protocols. No guesswork, no endless sessions—just a straightforward way to help people get back into a healthy state.
The 10-Day Path
This training is designed for active professionals who value efficiency. Over 10 days, the focus is on mastering the practical application of the protocols. By the end of the 10th day, the technical tools for Clinical Resource Therapy are ready to be integrated into daily work. It is an intensive, fast-paced training program that moves directly from learning the theory to practicing the method.
Working with flow
A clear map makes every session easier to manage. Resource Therapy brings a consistent structure to the therapeutic process. Instead of feeling uncertain about the next step, the therapist follows a organized path. These techniques are approachable and easy to combine with an existing professional style. It is about having a reliable system that helps maintain a steady professional flow throughout the day.
10-Day Training Curriculum
This 10-day certification is designed to be approachable and easy to learn. It moves you quickly from theory to a professional flow, allowing you to integrate the tools into your work.
Foundation Training
The first two days form your strong foundation. You will learn the core protocols to accurately identify personality parts via the "Resource State" model and speak with them directly. These two days alone will give you a completely new understanding of what inner parts truly are and how they work in the brain. Clear, tangible, and directly applicable.
Clinical
Training
Depending on what topics your clients bring, you will learn the exact matching protocols. In addition, you will learn with crystal clarity where the boundary to psychotherapy lies and how to navigate every session with absolute confidence. After these days, you are perfectly equipped: you know exactly what to do, leave the guesswork behind, and apply everything safely and fluently in your consulting work.
Practice & Supervision
Learning doesn't stop after the training. In our regular online meetings, you stay on track: you practice the protocols together with colleagues, discuss concrete case examples from your own practice, and have space for all your questions. This is how you solidify your knowledge, gain more routine with each session, and always proceed with absolute confidence in your daily work.

Resource Therapy Primer
Resource Therapy (RT) provides a precise, action-oriented clinical framework. This book serves as a complete, compressed overview, offering clear guidelines to categorize issues—whether unwanted emotions, behaviors, or internal conflicts—and resolve them using targeted techniques.

Resource Therapy
This student manual offers a complete, compressed overview of Resource Therapy. It provides a precise diagnostic framework and detailed technique regimens—utilizing Gordon Emmerson’s specific protocols—to address trauma, OCD, depression, eating disorders, and addictions. By categorizing issues into unwanted emotions, behaviors, or internal conflicts, the manual teaches you how to directly access and resolve pathological personality states without hypnosis, allowing Resources to resume positive function. Includes transcripts and clear clinical guidelines.

Therapist Gold
This book provides interventions for two primary drivers of resistant clinical presentations:
Fear-Based Trauma: The root of anxiety, panic, phobias, PTSD, and related disorders.
Attachment Trauma: The foundation for feelings of inadequacy, people-pleasing, relationship difficulties, and eating disorders.
Both areas frequently fuel addictions, OCD, and maladaptive behaviors as forms of self-medication. Using Resource Therapy, this book demonstrates how to precisely identify and address the specific personality parts underlying these traumas to facilitate clinical resolution.
